My name is Shirley van Steenis and I live in Zoetermeer, The Netherlands. My specialisation is 3D prop design. In the start of 2017 I worked on a VR project commissioned by school. In the role as lead artist I led the other game artist and developers to a fun end product. I have received positive reactions about this. People describe me as sincere, serious and hardworking with attention for detail. The software I work with is Maya, Substance Painter 2, Marmoset Toolbag 3, various Adobe software and Unity. When I’m not busy with my education I love to game and hang out with friends to cook or go somewhere. What inspires me are different cultures, nature and original, creative games. I’m also very interested in astronomy and the secrets of the universe. My ambition is to get a job in a decent sized company with enthusiastic colleagues and work on innovative projects.
